Saturday 21 October, 10:30-12:30pm. Celebrate National Water Week by joining City of Darebin and Waterwatch environment staff on an easy walk and talk of the history, environmental benefits and the wonders of wetlands at Edwardes Lake Park in Reservoir
The City of Darebin are launching their new interactive water map and invite you to explore how Water Sensitive Urban Design in Darebin is helping to reduce pollution in our local waterways. Come learn more and get your hands wet testing the water quality and catching local waterbugs at the wetland walk and talk. Light refreshments provided. Families are welcome. This is a free event.
Meeting point: Meet at Pavilion next to the children’s playground, Edwardes Lake Park, Griffiths Street, Reservoir. Parking is available on Griffiths Street.
