Merri Creek Management Committee

The Merri Creek catchment includes a variety of habitat types, however two of the most important habitats are the native grasslands and grassy woodlands.

Native Grasslands

Take a Google Earth tour of the main native grassland sites in the catchment (requires Google Earth to be installed on your computer, and the touring options (under Tools->Options->Touring) to be set to show balloon when tour is paused, and the tour speed to be set to slow).  Just click here, and the file should download, and Google Earth should start, and zoom in to the Merri Creek Catchment.  Then just press the play button under the places box in the middle left of the screen.
