When: 10am - 11:30am, Thursday April 23rd.
Merri Creek Management Committee invites very young families to join us in discovering nearby nature along Merri Creek at galada tamboore, part of the marram baba Regional Parklands. There will be a short walk along a pram-friendly flat path to a bridge overlooking Merri Creek. This event is especially suitable for 2 years+ (those under 18 years must attend with a parent or guardian).

A trained environmental educator, will guide you and your children to notice the Wurundjeri waring season with age-appropriate activities including looking at a live sample of local waterbugs, listening to local frog and bird calls and have one of our local plants and animals painted on their hands, an activity we call SkinArt.
There is parking and a path that is pram friendly, but no toilets. Please wear sturdy shoes and long pants, dress for cold, windy, and sunny weather. Please BYO water and snacks.
Registration essential HERE.
