The Merri Creek Concept Plan reports were produced in 1993 to help inform the development of a Merri Creek Concept Plan. The final version of the Concept Plan became the Merri Creek and Environs Strategy. The background reports contain a wealth of information that is still relevant to Merri Creek today.
